Baltimore Dominates Miami in Week 17 Matchup
Ravens Secure Home-Field Advantage Throughout Playoffs
The Baltimore Ravens secured the top seed in the AFC playoffs with a resounding 56-19 victory over the Miami Dolphins at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday. The win marked the first time the Ravens had clinched the No. 1 seed since 2019.
The Ravens dominated the Dolphins throughout the game, taking control early on and never relinquishing their lead. Baltimore's offense was clicking on all cylinders, led by Lamar Jackson, who threw for 233 yards and four touchdowns. Running back J.K. Dobbins also had a strong performance, rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns.
The Dolphins, meanwhile, struggled to keep pace with the Ravens. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was intercepted twice and sacked six times. Miami's defense was also unable to contain Jackson and the Ravens' offense, allowing several big plays.
With the win, the Ravens finished the regular season with a record of 14-3. They will now have a bye week before hosting the lowest-seeded team remaining in the AFC Divisional Round.
The Dolphins, who finished the season with a record of 9-8, will miss the playoffs for the second consecutive season.
