Sharp joins Rookie Ruck for QClash

Brisbane Lions confirm three changes for QClash

The Brisbane Lions have confirmed three changes for Sunday's QClash 26 with the Gold Coast Suns.

The Lions will welcome back Darcy Sharp from injury, while Tom Fullarton and Jack Payne have also been included in the side.

Sharp has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since Round 1, but he has recovered in time to take his place in the ruck alongside Oscar McInerney.

Fullarton and Payne will both make their AFL debuts for the Lions. Fullarton is a 19-year-old key forward who was recruited from the Dandenong Stingrays, while Payne is a 20-year-old midfielder who was recruited from the Sandringham Dragons.

The Lions will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing loss to the Western Bulldogs last week. They will be confident of victory against the Suns, who are yet to win a game this season.

The QClash will be played at the Gabba on Sunday, March 19, at 3:20pm AEST.
