Romo Promoted from Triple-A Albuquerque
The club selected the contract of rookie Drew Romo from Triple-A Albuquerque, where the switch-hitting catcher batted .333 with 14 home runs and 57 RBIs in 102 games.
Diaz a Fixture in Rockies Lineup for Five Years
Díaz, who played in nearly 700 games for the Rockies over the past five seasons, initially signed a minor league contract with Colorado in February.
